We provide in-home convenience in purchasing quality sports optics products that enhance your enjoyment of the great outdoors.


Terms

CREDIT CARD POLICY:

Credit card or receipt of check before shipment.

PRICING:

Internet pricing includes all handling, packing and freight costs via Ground within the 48 lower United States. Additional freight and handling charges will apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other countries.

RETURNS:

All returns including defective or non-defective product must be approved by Alpen via a "Return Authorization" (R.A.) number before the return will be accepted. Please call us at 877-987-8370 to obtain the R.A. number. If products are found to be defective, Alpen will provide either full credit or replaced product per mutual agreement. All claims for damage, non-delivery, pilferage, or carton shortage must be made by the customer to the delivering carrier and a claim form submitted. Please notify Alpen in writing within 10 days of any claim made against the carrier for damages that are concealed or not.

WARRANTY AND NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS:

Alpen products are covered by a limited warranty. Products found to be defective under our warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Alpen and should be shipped prepaid to our Alpen service center. Customers are not authorized to make any repair or warranty replacement. Non-warranty repair products should be shipped prepaid to our service center and Alpen will provide estimates for repair. For both warranty and non-warranty repairs, the shipping container should be clearly marked indicating the type of repair needed.

ALPEN FACTORY WARRENTY:  

Congratulations on purchasing your new ALPEN® product. This product is warranted to be free of all manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for the length of time specified in this warranty, provided that the product has not been abused, disassembled or tampered with in any way. This warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States and is valid only to the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.

In the event of a defect under this warranty ALPEN® will at our sole discretion repair or replace the returned product, provided that the original purchaser returns the product postage prepaid to ALPEN OUTDOOR CORPORATION, 10329 Dorset Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. A money order or check in the amount of $15.00 to cover the cost of inspection and handling must also be included. Please be sure to include your name and mailing address along with a brief explanation of the defect found. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. If you require non-warranty repairs these will be provided at a reasonable cost.
